Storage


Please store our chocolate in a cool, dry place or a wine fridge between 15-20℃. Do not refrigerate as this may cause blooming or may absorb smells from the environment. Please refer to our best beforey dates for product shelf lifes.




Shipping Policy


Bon Box uses Royal Mail to ship throughout the United Kingdom. Please allow 2 - 4 business days to process your online order. Orders placed Thursday (after 3 pm) through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping chocolates in the summer is very challenging! In very warm weather, shipping may be temporarily unavailable. We're very sorry, but we are currently unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy


Our goal at BonBox is to completely satisfy all of our customers. We take great pride in our work and guarantee that all products leave us in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, as well as health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. BonBox is not responsible for items that are damaged. Should you happen to receive damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order), to ensure we can appropriately address the situation. We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
